Shard Capital appoints new Chief Financial Officer
Shard Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Davis as Chief Financial Officer.
In his role as CFO, Nick will be responsible for financial enhancements across the Group, as Shard Capital focuses on the growth of its investment management offering. Through process improvements and efficiency gains, the finance department will be able to further support Shard Capital as it continues to progress through an exciting journey of development and expansion.
Nick has over 12 years of financial services experience, having worked at several leading global investment management firms. He most recently spent six years as UK Financial Controller at Permira, where he focused on system enhancements, led large group restructurings and created and became Co-Head of the Procurement function.
Prior to this, Nick spent three years at Allianz Global Investors, where he developed his expertise in financial reporting, group restructuring, tax and cash management. He started his career as an auditor at Haysmacintyre, leading audit teams on statutory audits for multinational companies. Nick is ACA qualified and holds a Bachelors in Maths and Economics from Exeter University.
